CSR FOR TRAVEL ACCOUNT - "Job Description: The Travel Account CSR’s role involves assisting customers book flights, | reserve hotels rooms and car hire. The job requires the candidate must have experience in the | use of electronic travel reservation system. | Qualifications: | ? Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage. | ? Knowledgeable in the workaround of GDS (Global Distribution System) to book | flights, hotels and car hire. | ? Internet & computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office including Word, Excel, | Emails, and/or similar software applications. | ? Highly-analytical with excellent problem solving skills. | ? Must be accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to values accuracy. | ? Must have excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. | ?
