TEAM LEAD FOR TECHNICAL ACCOUNT - "Responsibilities: | ? Network and application troubleshooting—gather logs and troubleshoot hardware and | software issues (DHCP, Firewall, NAT, Port Forwarding, Managed Switches) | ? Identifying and diagnosing issues remotely (via phone, email, helpdesk, etc.) | ? Document support process and suggested solutions | ? Manage and setup clients’ PBX system | ? Understand client’s needs and resolve issues | ? Update accounts’ services and charges | | Qualifications: | ? At least 2 years of technical support experience | ? Advanced phone skills | ? Creative and analytical thinker and problem solver | ? Customer service oriented and the ability to maintain a positive attitude | ? Detail-oriented | ? Ability to learn quickly | ? Disciplined and motivated | ? Punctual and responsible is a must | ? VoIP experience is a plus | ? Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills | ? Interpersonal/people skills and excellent listening skills | ? Good computer skills and tech-savvy | ? Strong organizational and time-management skills | ? Attention to detail | ? Team player | ? Relevant experience is a plus"
